First Step is a deeply moving story about courage, vulnerability, and self-acceptance. Claire’s first night at The Glass Heel is written with such tenderness that I felt her every heartbeat. The connection with Elena is both sensual and affirming, showing how love can help us embrace who we truly are. Emotional, lyrical, and unforgettable. Waiting to read more books from the author.

First Step is a beautiful, heartfelt read about finding the courage to show up as yourself. Claire’s first night out as her true self could have been written with nerves and fear alone, but instead the story shines with tenderness, desire, and hope. What I loved most is that this isn’t just a romance, it’s also a story of self-acceptance. Claire doesn’t leave the club “fixed” by love. She leaves stronger because she finally chooses herself. It’s tender, erotic, and empowering, and it leaves you with the kind of warmth that lingers long after you’ve closed the book

First Step is one of those rare stories that feels both intimate and monumental. From the first page, you’re drawn into the soft pulse of The Glass Heel—a place that feels alive, watching, and welcoming—and into Claire’s journey of self-discovery, desire, and courage.

The writing is exquisite: lyrical yet grounded, sensual without ever losing emotional truth. Every line hums with vulnerability and power. Claire’s first encounter with Elena is electric, but what lingers most is the tenderness—the recognition, the relief, the beauty of being seen.

This isn’t just an erotic novella; it’s a love letter to trans women, to authenticity, and to the sacredness of finding your place in the world. The emotional resonance stays with you long after the final page.

First Step is bold, deeply human, and absolutely stunning. A must-read for anyone who believes that transformation begins the moment we dare to be fully ourselves.

[Room 312] was SO GOOD! Very 🌶️ and also just such a beautifully written book. Very tactile writing so it really makes the reader feel grounded in it and experience it. This writer is fantastic! These things are really hard to accomplish and this writer REALLY has talent and skill. I loved every minute of this book, I definitely want to read the rest of the glass heel series!! If I could give it more stars, I would.

[Neon Diner] is the 3rd book in the ... series called She Came at the Glass Heel. I truly enjoyed this story & now I want to go back & read the 1st two books! I won't spoil this book for any readers but it a very good story. I love the storyline, the author did a great job developing her characters. The story is filled with love, loneliness, sensuality, transgender issues, and steamy sexually explicit scenes. A very good read!!
